Start with the item and the entire path
Please send the item type, weight or model number, dimensions, and photos. Include doors, steps, stairs, landings, elevators, and the route to the truck. The heaviest part of the job is not always the item; sometimes it is the corner at the bottom of the stairs.
Crew size for other heavy items
For heavy items other than pianos, the 300–450 lb category requires at least three movers for the full booking. The 450–600 lb category requires at least four, and approved 600–800 lb work requires at least five. Weight, stairs, balance, and access can require more people or a different plan. Those minimums are not automatic acceptance.
Upright pianos
Our crews handle upright pianos with two movers. An upright can be part of a regular move, including a same-day or next-day booking when we have availability. Let us know about the piano and any stairs or tight access when you reach out.
Baby grands need a specialist
Baby grands need advance specialist review and confirmed crew availability. A piano specialist will be on site to handle and oversee the move. Send photos of the piano and the full access route so we can confirm the arrangements before booking.
Clear scope before a difficult lift
Special handling can involve an item fee, a larger crew, equipment, and travel in addition to ordinary labor. We confirm accepted scope and charges before booking. Northern Arizona specialty requests may require additional coordination; send details early.
