Direct labor rates

Direct moving labor begins at $135 per crew hour for two movers, with a two-hour minimum of $270. Three movers are $185 per crew hour with a $370 minimum; four movers are $235 per crew hour with a $470 minimum. These are labor amounts, not an all-inclusive move price. Travel, truck service, materials, and accepted specialty work are additional when applicable.

Travel depends on the route

We estimate travel from the known addresses and agreed service arrangement. Your quote states the mileage or mobilization charges and explains how any actual-route adjustment is handled. Changing an address or adding a stop can change the quote.

Full-service needs a complete plan

A truck-and-crew move includes transportation planning as well as labor. Truck arrangements, route, furniture protection, packing, and specialty items are reviewed individually. We do not publish a one-size-fits-all truck package that might not fit your job.

The details that affect time

  • How much is being moved, including garages and storage
  • Stairs, elevators, parking distance, and narrow access
  • Whether packing and furniture preparation are finished
  • Heavy or unusual pieces and required crew size
  • Additional stops and travel between work locations

Your estimate is the place to compare

Look at the full scope and expected total, not just a two-person hourly rate. A larger appropriate crew can finish a larger move more efficiently. Marketplace rates and terms may differ from direct bookings; accepted bookings retain their agreed terms.

Good questions. Clear answers.

A few things to know.

Is the hourly rate per mover?

The rates listed here are for the whole stated crew. Your estimate identifies the crew size and crew hourly rate.

Is there a minimum?

Labor bookings have a two-hour minimum. Additional time, billing increments, travel, and accepted extras are explained in your written estimate.

Does sending the form commit me to booking?

No. It starts a review. The team checks the details and sends the appropriate next step; availability and reservations must be confirmed.
